3 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1 tsp minced garlic
1/2 pkg chopped onion with bell peppers
1 12 oz pkg frozen vegan ground meat
1 cup frozen shredded hash browns
1 pkg frozen chopped spinach
1 can chopped peeled tomatoes with juice
Sea salt & ground pepper to taste
In large skillet over high heat, cook onion & bell peppers & garlic in olive oil.
Add vegan ground meat and hash browns.
Add spinach and tomatoes with juice.
Add sea salt & ground pepper to taste.
Cook 15-20 min till tender.
