Fiesta Style Vegetable Stir-Fry

1/2 pkg chopped onion and bell pepper
3 Tbsp olive oil
1 pkg frozen Fiesta Style vegetables
(broccoli, kidney beans, small white beans,
garbanzo beans, Italian green beans, red peppers)
1 pkg frozen broccoli
1 tsp basil
Sea salt & ground pepper to taste

In large skillet over high heat, cook onion and bell pepper in olive oil.
Add Fiesta style vegetables, broccoli, and seasonings.
Cook 10-15 minutes until tender.
