2 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1 onion, sliced
1 pkg California Stir Fry frozen vegetables
1/2 pkg frozen English sweet peas
8 sweet peppers, sliced (red, orange,& yellow mixed)
1 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp 24 Seasonings (Bragg)
Salt and pepper to taste
In large skillet, cook onion and sweet peppers in oil on high.
Add California veggies, sweet peas, lemon, and seasonings.
Cook 10-15 min till tender.
Very tasty California vegetable stir-fry and lots of flavor from these great sweet peppers!
