Stir-Fry with Noodles and Mushrooms

1 small onion sliced
2-3 Tbsp olive oil
2 tsp basil and lemon pepper seasoning
1/2 pkg frozen Sweet Peas
1/2 pkg fresh sliced mushrooms
1 (7oz) pkg Udon noodles

In a large pot of water, boil noodles for about 3 min till tender.
In a large skillet on high heat, add onion to olive oil. Then add mushrooms and sweet peas.
Stir in cooked noodles and season with basil and lemon pepper. Let simmer until ready to serve.

Sometimes I just crave a good stir-fry with noodles and mushrooms.
