1 pkg soy free, dairy free chocolate chips (Enjoy Life)
1 pkg chow mein noodles
1 pkg Starburst jelly beans or chocolate miniature eggs
1 jar creamy almond butter
spray olive oil
Spray 24 count muffin tin with olive oil.
Melt choc chips in microwave till smooth.
Stir in chow mein noodles & almond butter until well coated.
Place into muffin tin and top with miniature eggs.
Refrigerate until firm and scoop out with spoon.
