2+1 Tbsp olive oil
1 pkg frozen chopped onion & bell pepper
1 pkg Tempeh, crumbled
1/2 pkg sliced mushrooms (optional), chopped
1 pkg vegan cheddar cheese, shredded (Daiya)
1 pkg store bought pizza crust (whole wheat optional)
1+ 1/4 cup BBQ sauce
1 tsp 24 herbs & seasonings (Bragg)
In large skillet on stove, cook onions and bell pepper in 2 Tbsp olive oil on high.
Crumble and add tempeh and mushrooms (optional) to brown. Add 1 cup BBQ sauce.
On large stone, rub 1 Tbsp olive oil on surface and spread pizza dough to edges.
Spread BBQ sauce on top of pizza dough. Sprinkle 1/2 pkg shredded cheese over sauce.
Spread BBQ mixture and seasonings over pizza dough. Add remaining cheese for topping.
Bake in 350 oven for 20 min.
Cut into 8 slices and serve.
