1 pkg frozen chopped onion with bell peppers
1 pkg frozen vegan meatless meatballs(Veggie Patch)
1 pkg thin veggie noodles
1 jar garden veggie spaghetti sauce (Prego)
2 tbsp Olive oil
2 quarts water
1 tsp sea salt
Heat olive oil in large skillet till onions are clear and bell peppers are tender.
Add pkg meatless meatballs and veggie spaghetti sauce.
Cover with lid and heat till bubbly about 10 minutes.
Meanwhile, heat water with salt on high to get a high boil.
Break noodles in half and add to boiling water.
Cook until tender about 10 minutes and drain water.
Serve sauce with meatballs over noodles.
This is my husband’s favorite dish of vegan spaghetti. Your friends would never know these meatballs are vegan!!!
